COMBINED BOOK EXHIBIT ANNUAL DISPLAY OF AWARD WINNING TITLES

For over 25 years, Combined Book Exhibit has been creating the Choice Outstanding Academic Titles (OAT) display at the ALA Midwinter Conference, but due to numerous librarian requests we’d like to open this popular display to other awards.  In order to accommodate this change, the display name will now be named The Combined Book Exhibit Annual Award Winning Books. We would like to invite you to participate at the ALA Midwinter Conference and the Public Library Association!

Each year the AWARD WINNING TITLES display is one of the most popular sections in our booth. Over the past 25 years, a large number of librarians stop by to examine these award-winning books first-hand.

Because of the increasing demand to see these titles, we are making it as cost effective as possible for you to participate. You’ll be saving hundreds of dollars off our published rates.  Individual titles displayed for only $50 per title per show. If you have ten or more titles, please contact us for flat rate pricing which can lower your price down to as little as $25 per title. Participate in ALA Midwinter and the Public Library Association with the same list and save even more.

Attached is our spreadsheet where you can enter information on your award winning titles. We can register the titles for you but we just need you to fill out the form indicating the author, title and ISBN.  We will obtain the rest of the information we need from your website.  Please include the name of the award in your registration and it will be noted in your title listing.

Please return registration spreadsheets to [email protected] or [email protected] and don't hesitate to reach out to us with any questions!

Again, congratulations on your award and we look forward to seeing your titles in this prestigious display.
