Las Musas is a collective of debut and sophomore YA and Middle Grade authors who joined together to spotlight the contribution of Latinx creators in the evolving canon of children's literature. In this panel discussion, members of Las Musas will discuss the importance of representation in children's literature and how #ownvoices stories (or the lack of them) affected their journeys from young reader to published author. The presentation will include a panel discussion and time for audience Q & A.
