1. Each individual service that is purchased counts as 1 entry. There are unlimited entries.
2. The contest will run from May 5th 2022 to October 14th 2022. Any submissions before May 5th or after October 14th will not count as an entry.
3. The winner will be chosen after the contest has ended by Combined Book Exhibit. The winner will be contacted via email and announced on social media platforms (Facebook & Instagram).
4. The winner will receive all shows that Combined Book Exhibit (CBE) attends for 2023. This includes both a Physical title and an Ebook being displayed along with a full page advert in CBE's catalog that is handed out and picked up from the booth at the shows.
5. Page Publishing will provide 500 bookmarks and 500 pens. The bookmarks and pens will be dispersed into all 2023 shows CBE is attending for attendees to pick up at the booth as they pass by or visit.
6. ReaderHouse online bookstore will feature the winner’s book on their homepage in a rotating banner advertisement for two months.
7. The winner will be responsible for sending all books to the Combined Book Exhibit to be placed in each show CBE attends. The address to send the books to are Combined Book Exhibit : 277 White Street, Buchanan, NY 10511. It is highly recommended to use FedEx or UPS to send the books.
8. CBE nor Page Publishing can guarantee sales. All events that are attended are professional shows. This means they are Business to Business. When attendees come to the show they will collect information on the books they found of interest via the catalog, note taking, photos, etc. They will then bring this information back to their place of business and or library and once a budget has been approved, that is when they will purchase the books of interest through print on demand distributors like Ingram and or Baker and Taylor, and or the information provided by the author of where to purchase the book as examples. This could happen a week after the show or a year down the line. The point of CBE is to help authors and publishers gain exposure of their work in front of specific demographics of professionals at the shows CBE attends.

Ads should be 8.5 X 11 in size, in PDF format and can be in full color or black and white. You are responsible for the design of your ad.
